UAEPlots.com was created by two Dubai real estate professionals with 25+ years of experience and a drive to bring some structure and professionalim to the plot market in the UAE. With that in mission in mind, UAEPlots.com was borne.With the majority of plots sold off-market, buyers, sellers and brokers are left with an extremely limited range of options, mostly focused on Whatsapp groups. Beyond that, there really is no centralised space to post and share.
We are developing our platform constantly to improve and be able to offer all our clients the best range of plots, and our aim is to become the number one location for sellers, investors and brokers to acquire and sell plots.

Can I list my plot on UAEPlots.com?Aboslutely! We created this platform to showcase the best plots in the market to the widest audience of investors possibe.

How much does it cost to list on UAEPlots.com?It's totally free to list a plot with us. All we require is your title deed, affection plan and location of the plot.

Are there any Fees?Whilst it's free to list, we have 2 subesquent fee structures. Plot Owners - We market your property on UAEPlots.com but all brokerage activities are conducted through our partner real estate brokerage in line with RERA regulations and normal brokerage fees are applied to the sale. Brokers - We market your clients property on UAEPlots.com. If we introduce you to a direct seller or investor, we will do so through our partner real estate brokerage and normal agency fee structures apply, no marketing fees are due. If we introduce you to one of our approved brokers listing on our website, or representing an investor, then a 10% referral fee is due upon transfer of a sale.

Do you work with Brokers?Absolutely! In order to reshape the market, we need to ensure we have the largest selection of available plots in the market, and working with brokers helps us achieve that. In doing so, we get to create an amazing network of trusted real estate professionals. That being said, we will never ask for your clients contact details, and NCNDA's are signed to protect everyone involved. You can also list your requirements with us, so the market is aware you're looking for a plot.

Do you show the exact plot infromation?Definitely not! We are an off-market plot platform, and protecting the privacy of our clients and our brokers clients is vital. The plot sizes you see on our listings, are close to the actual measurement, but far enough off to ensure the plot is unidentifiable to 3rd parties. Locations are also protected, and only released upon signature of our NCNDA agreements.

Do you only list plots direct from Sellers?Yes and No. We are very clear about where a listing comes from. If it's direct from the UAEPlots.com team, we will state it clearly. If it's from our broker network, you'll see 'approved agent' on the listing. That broker has to be direct with the seller. Our team stay involved during the process, but only the required amount to help the deal move to transfer.
